Two weeks ago, the Bishop-Wisecarver® team came together for our third and final on-site meeting (OSM) of the year. These gatherings are always a highlight for our team. It’s a chance to align, reflect, and celebrate everything that makes BW special. This time was no exception, with new hires and long-time team members, and even friends and family joining us for the holiday lunch.
The week kicked off with insightful sessions and product training that sharpened our skills and set the stage for the exciting opportunities ahead. We dove into updates on our newest product, the 8th Axis RTU, and each department shared updates on their 2024 accomplishments and their vision for 2025. From engineering developments and marketing strategies to innovative new products and patents, it was clear how far we’ve come this year—and how ready we are for what’s next.
Of course, the OSM wasn’t just about work. We reflected on the past year together, celebrating our achievements and setting goals for an even brighter 2025. The week wrapped up with a holiday celebration that was as fun as it was memorable. We started with a Thanksgiving potluck lunch that was nothing short of amazing—everyone brought their best dishes, and it truly felt like a family gathering. After lunch, we had a special holiday message from Pamela Kan to the BW team, and we followed up with fun Minute to Win It holiday games. A big congratulations to team 8 Pie-oneers, who won the games!
After lunch, the fun continued with a spirited White Elephant gift exchange and a happy hour at our BW Café. There were surprises, laughter, and plenty of good-natured “steals” along the way.
This final OSM of the year reminded us why these meetings matter so much. They’re about more than updates and training—they’re about connection, collaboration, and celebrating the people who make Bishop-Wisecarver® great.
